Rincon is a picturesque small town located on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Its citizens are proud of the town’s history and culture. The town plaza affords a beautiful gathering place and its beaches are simply the best.
The 8th and Ocean beachfront property is located in Estella, a colorful and friendly residential community in Rincon. Here you can see free roaming chickens on the street, youngsters training their trotter ponies, and neighbors visiting each other. Life is slow in this beach community. Estella is not a typical resort community. There are no casinos, board walks, or seaside vendors. The beach is naturally beautiful with minimal man-made influence. As natural as it is, there are opportunities along your beach walks for food, drink, and entertainment. While you may want a car for sightseeing convenience, you do not have to have a car at 8th and Ocean.
Our unique Rincon, Puerto Rico location allows guests to walk three blocks to a full service grocery store, car rental agency and other local establishments to serve your needs while here at the beach. There are tour services available if you want a guided experience of the town, its beaches, and mountains. For those who enjoy natural beauty, a laid-back lifestyle in a private noncommercial setting, this oceanfront location fits the bill.
