8th and Ocean is the perfect place for your special event whether it be a Caribbean destination wedding, corporate affair or family reunion. Our flexible floorplans and private villas, beachfront location and proximity to restaurants and shops means your group will have plenty to do from a comfortable well-located home base. 8th and Ocean sleeps 26 people and can accommodate events for up to 45 people.
If you would like to bring in your own caterer/wedding planner, our Event Fee is $1000 and we require a 5 night minimum stay. If you use our property manager and wedding package, the Event Fee is $250. Our beachfront is amazing and the sunsets of the West Coast of Puerto Rico will be a memorable part of your group's stay.

All events at 8th and Ocean must be authorized by an Event Contract.
